Michelle has worked for Climb for 9 years, working at another distributor for 10 years prior. With 4 years in her current role, Michelle has seen great success in Canada and throughout the channel, being named on CRN’s Women of the Channel list multiple times in the past few years. In 2023, Michelle was also recognized as Climb’s MVP Canada as a result of her hardwork and dedication to Climb and our partners.
Michelle says, “I am an open book with customers and vendors partners. This open communication has allowed us to create amazing partnerships and build business together. We are able to discuss the best ways to go to market as each vendor is unique as is our customers. I view myself as extension of the vendor into Canadian customers and an advocate of my customers into our vendor community.”

Outside of work you can find Michelle with her 3 horses, James, Chocolate and Ryan or on her peloton working toward her goal of 8000 minutes by the end of 2024! In between all of the excitement, Michelle’s “rest time” consists of learning how to garden in her back yard.

Aaron is celebrating 3 years at Climb, following his experience at other resellers and vendors in the industry. He is kicking off his first year in his role and eager to continue to grow business in the Great Lakes region.
Aaron says that in the Great Lakes territory, he strives for success by making the connection between Climb’s vendors and resellers interested in emerging technologies.
