Associate, Team Engagement & Experience

Hi, I’m Becky, I am an Associate, Team Engagement & Experience, and have worked for Climb Global Solutions for nearly 6 years.  My responsibilities are recruitment, training, and general HR activities.  When I started, I was part of the sales team and the company has invested in my personal and professional growth to develop me into the Engagement & Experience Team.  I have passed my level 3 and 5 CIPD (Charted Institute of Personal & Development) qualifications making me an associate CIPD.

Favourite activity/hobby outside of work

I love playing Netball I’m best placed in defence and enjoy stopping the other team players from scoring!

I enjoy watching and supporting Rugby, F1 and going to the cinema.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A good homemade roast dinner – beef, lamb or pork with all the trimmings.

And a crumble or strudel and custard for dessert.

Favourite place

There are so many places to visit in the world I like to go somewhere different every time. I enjoy experiencing different cultures, food and architecture – I don’t want to go back to the same place twice because there are too many places I want to visit!

The main place on my bucket list to visit is Japan.

Interesting fact that no one knows about you

I achieved a Black Belt 6th Dan in Karate  

Are there more doors or wheels in the world?

Wheels – just thinking of how many wheels Lego produce in a year!  (about 80 million) 

If you had to sing karaoke, what would your song of choice be?

Anything from a musical! I love the theatre and watching musicals. 

Celebrity you would most like to meet

David Attenborough – his stories would be fascinating. 

What makes you happy

Spending time with my husband, our children and dog.
