Event Dates: Our Climb Partner Conference begins with a Welcome Dinner the evening of Monday, March 17th and concludes after a Farewell Dinner on Wednesday, March 19th.

*For Resellers attending CPC: Climb is happy to reimburse you for your ground transportation expenses from the Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airport(s) to the Ritz Carlton Key-Biscayne Miami Resort.  

Please note: Receipts for any of these expenses MUST be provided in the 2025 CPC Reimbursement Form in order to receive payment from Climb. Climb will send reimbursement checks approximately (2) weeks after CPC concludes, and possibly longer depending on when we receive completed Reimbursement Forms. 

Yes, with each partner/reseller registration, we will arrange one room at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami -checking in on March 17, 2025, and checking out on March 20, 2025.

You can set up your Vendor Speed Networking Table at EITHER of the following times on Tuesday, March 18th:

10:15AM-10:45AM during the morning break

OR

12:00PM-1:00PM during lunch

As long as you completed the Vendor Shipping form by Monday, March 10th, our Climb Events team will ensure your boxes are at your designated Vendor Table by 10:15AM Tuesday, March 18th.

SWAG SHIPPING:

Please complete this shipping form by Monday March 10th to ensure we have your package at speed networking.

Shipping Window:  Tuesday March 11th and Saturday, March 15th.
*If it is any time after the 15th, we cannot guarantee your items will be ready for the speed networking on Tuesday, March 18th.
