*For Resellers attending CPC: Climb is happy to reimburse you for your ground transportation expenses from the Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airport(s) to the Ritz Carlton Key-Biscayne Miami Resort.  

Please note: Receipts for any of these expenses MUST be provided in the 2025 CPC Reimbursement Form in order to receive payment from Climb. Climb will send reimbursement checks approximately (2) weeks after CPC concludes, and possibly longer depending on when we receive completed Reimbursement Forms. 

Yes, with each partner/reseller registration, we will arrange one room at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami -checking in on March 17, 2025, and checking out on March 20, 2025.  

The entire event is business casual and proper attire for optional activities like golfing or water activities. 

The check-in time at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am 

All attendees are welcome to bring a guest (plus one).  A guest is welcome for all attendees including partners, sponsors, and Climb team members given you are sharing the same hotel room.  Please register your plus one when you register for the conference detailing their name, email, and phone. All contact information for plus one’s is for activity scheduling only. 

Valet parking is available to all reseller attendees. Your parking will be billed to our master account along with your hotel reservation. ALL CLIMB EMPLOYEE Attendees should expense parking costs as well as all of travel costs.

Climb is happy to reimburse you and your guest’s flight of UP TO $500 per person. Once you have arranged your flight(s), please provide your receipts and complete the 2025 CPC Reimbursement Form. After completing this form and providing your receipts, Climb will send you a physical check owed for your travel expenses. This includes reimbursement of up to $500 per person for Flight(s) AND up to $150 of the cost of your Uber/Lyft ride roundtrip from the airport to the Ritz Carlton Key-Biscayne Miami Resort.

Please refer to the standard company guidelines for submitting your own individual travel expenses to attend CPC as a Climb employee. These expenses include travel and parking. However, if you choose to bring a guest, Climb will not reimburse you for any of your guest’s travel expenses. Please reach out directly to your manager with any questions regarding this.

As long as you completed the Vendor Shipping form by Monday, March 10th, our Climb Events team will ensure your boxes are at your designated Vendor Table by 10:15AM Tuesday, March 18th.
