FAQs

Employee shuttles will be available ONLY on the following date to/from PHL airport:

Monday, January 20th, 2025: Continuous shuttles will be transporting employees from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to the Ocean Casino Resort. It is crucial you complete the Flight Detail Form, NO LATER than Fri, December 13th, to arrange shuttles during the necessary time frame. 
Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025: A shuttle will be available in the morning for any Inside Sales reps who depart immediately following breakfast. There will also be shuttles provided in the afternoon for remaining employees who depart following the Closing Session after 3:30pm. These shuttles will be transporting employees from Ocean Casino Resort to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). 

Important Note: If you chose to fly in/out of an airport other than PHL or are arriving/departing to SKO outside of the Monday or Wednesday date, you are on your own for transportation to/from the hotel/airport. Please keep in mind, PHL is the closest major airport to the Ocean Casino Resort. It takes approximately 1-1.5 hours driving from the airport to the hotel venue. Please keep this in mind when booking your air travel to ensure correct arrival time to the hotel for SKO or departure time from the hotel to the airport for your return flight.

Yes! Climb will make your reservations at the Ocean Resort based on your registration form. It is expected that all will arrive Monday, 1/20. Depending on your department, you will depart on either Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning, or after 3:30pm on Wednesday. If you are staying until the end of the conference Wednesday afternoon, you are welcome to stay an additional night at the Ocean Resort to check out Thursday. Please specify this request in your registration. 

It is important you refer to the agenda to determine the portion(s) of SKO you are to attend and at what times you are to be present, based on your department/role. 

 For those traveling multiple time zones and think you require a room on Sunday, 1/19, please reach out directly to Audrey Wichinski via Teams or email. We will do our very best to accommodate requests but note this will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Climb will make your reservations at The Ocean Resort based on your registration form and your sponsorship level.

For Gold and Silver Sponsors: It is expected that all will arrive on Monday (1/20) with time to join us at 4:30 for our Key-note presentation (you don’t want to miss that) – followed by a happy hour and awards dinner for Climb employees (great chance to network). Your departure will be after 3:30 on Wednesday. Please see agenda below for specific details and what times you are to be present.

For Bronze Sponsors: It is expected that all will arrive on either Monday (1/20) or Tuesday (1/21). Vendor table set up will be Tuesday from 10-11:30. Your departure will be after 3:30 on Wednesday. Please see agenda below for specific details and what times you are to be present.

Check-in begins at 4PM Monday-Saturday and 6PM on Sunday and holidays. Check-out is at 11AM. The hotel is happy to hold        your luggage at the Bell Desk if your room is not available to check in when you initially arrive. 

Self-Parking is available with a cost of $15/day. Vendors are on their own for any parking charges they incur. Climb employees will have their self-parking charges routed to our master bill.

The Ocean Casino Resort Parking Garage is conveniently connected to the property. Park on City side on the 11th floor for hotel check-in. 

The Ocean Casino Resort Parking Garage offers universal charging stations for $2 per hour. For Self Park, the 10 designated stations are located on the 4th floor by the City side entrance. These stations are on a first come, first serve basis.

Self-Parking can accommodate vehicles up to 7 feet in height from the main Self-Parking entrance. Oversized Parking can accommodate vehicles up to 7 feet and 6 inches in height. Oversized vehicles are directed to go through the valet to access the Oversized Parking area.

Please ship your items directly to the Ocean Casino Resort (see shipping address below). If you are shipping any items for SKO 2025, you MUST complete this Vendor Shipping Form. Your boxes will be hand-delivered to your vendor tables in Ocean EFGH by 10am on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025. Vendor Set Up time is on Tuesday from 10:00am-11:30am. If you do not complete this form, your boxes will therefore NOT be delivered to your vendor table for set up day. 

Please only ship for your items to arrive during the window of Saturday, January 11th-Saturday, January 18th.  

To help you determine how much swag to bring, you can expect ~175 Climb employees to attend the Speed Networking Session Tuesday afternoon.

Your items must arrive to the venue by Saturday, January 18th. If your packages arrive any time after the 18th, we cannot guarantee your items will be ready for the event on Tuesday, January 21st.

Yes-please bring a tablecloth and you have the option of bringing a banner.

You will submit your flight and any travel expenses into Certify. PLEASE do NOT use a source code for the event.

The hotel room/tax and parking, for those local employees driving in, will be covered via the event master account. ALL other incidentals, including roundtrip mileage, flights, Ubers, door dash from White Castle (Chin 😂) will be expensed to your department. Please reach out to your manager directly with any questions on how to submit your expenses.
