Jessica Lindof
Regional Sales Director, Northeast
Email: Jess@ClimbCS.com
Jess started her Climb journey earlier this year in her current role. Climb (formerly Lifeboat), was her distributor of choice for over 10 years when working on the vendor side. Jess fell in love with the company, the culture, the service, and support – long story short, she just had to come here!
Jess bring her experience in the industry for over 23 years, starting at a large national partner back in 2001 and working with a large cybersecurity company for the last 10 years before joining Climb running the North America Channel Sales team.
When asked her strategy for the year, Jess explained she will “continue using Climb’s approach of giving the best service and support to our customers and partners, fostering long-term relationships, and giving the unique experience that make us so unique and special”.
Outside of work you can find Jess with her family, fostering her hobbies and participating in many activities. When she’s not at work you can find her on the golf course, sitting at a hockey rink watching my sons play, working out, enjoying the outdoors and traveling!
Jess recently put on her Northeast Partner Summit at Encore in Boston. Check out highlights and contact her to attend next year, or for any Climb needs.

Regional Sales Director, Southeast

Katie may have just started in her current role a couple of months ago 6 weeks, but she worked at Climb as Lifeboat in 2013/2014! She brings 15+ years in the channel with her last endeavor as building and becoming the founder and CEO of The Art of Hustle and Heart where the sole purpose was to support men and women in IT!
Katie is already on a roll. In describing her strategy she said: “I cover the SouthEast and Guidepoint. My strategy upon arriving was to see where we had greenspace and double click there. Find vendors that align with my partner’s goals and bring them in, add lines anywhere we can, and start building an anchor account out of Guidepoint Security Solutions!”
When she’s not at work you can find her wherever her little family is! They live on the ocean so are constantly on the boat. Together, they love traveling and adventure, shark tooth hunting, swimming, diving, exploring, supporting our the kids and their activities, hanging with friends, and seeing the world!
Katie already has her Tank America event in Orlando, FL coming up October 24th! Reach out to Katie about her upcoming events, how to attend and any of your Climb needs.
Ben Mascioli
Field Territory Manager, Canada
Email: BenM@ClimbCS.ca
Phone: 365-367-1662
Territory: Canada
Ben joined Climb earlier in the year, starting in February 2024 bringing with him experience from 9 years at CDW and 3 different roles while there. His last role before leaving was Partner Business Manager for their Emerging Solutions Practice, responsible for the strategic investment and GTM strategy of new and emerging vendors across cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid infrastructure. Many of these vendors are existing Climb vendors that he helped grow from that side. Before joining Climb, Ben spent a year at Arrow as a Channel Manager responsible for building VAST Data & Commvault in Canada.
Ben says, “With 3.8 million square miles of coverage, my Canadian VAR strategy is largely centered around bringing our dynamic vendors to resellers looking to expand their solution stack. As the needs of end-users change and the world adapts to threats and changes in technology, it’s important that I bring Climb into the conversation as a true partner in helping our resellers grown. What I love most about Climb is our in-house resources. Allowing resellers to lean on Climb given our in-house expertise is what differentiates us from other distributors solely concerned with order fulfillment. My goal is to scale our partner business utilizing the resources available amongst a rockstar vendor ecosystem we support.”
Outside of work you can find Ben watching and attending baseball and hockey games across arenas and stadiums, attempting to cross them all off the list… or as many as his wife will allow. Beyond a long list of ever growing interests from DIY to antiques, you’ll find Ben hiking alongside his wife and their 3-year-old golden retriever, Ranger. The family is especially excited to announce they are expecting a new Mascioli in December and looking forward to this new chapter and priceless memories to come. If you talk to Ben, don’t forget to congratulate him!
Between now and the end of the year, Ben has the Canadian Partner Summit to look forward to at the Maple Leafs game on December 2nd, 2024 in Toronto, ON.
Reach out to Ben if you’re interested in attending the event or any of your Climb Canada needs!
