Terms and Conditions

By participating in this incentive scheme you confirm that you have ensured that such participation is in compliance with your organisation’s own internal policies and procedures regarding incentives, anti-bribery, gifts, favours and entertainment and that you will bring the incentive to the attention of your organisation and obtain any necessary approvals.

Climb is happy to support internal conversations about this incentive to ensure it is executed right within your organisation.

1. All Libraesva partners transacting through Climb Channel Solutions in the United Kingdom and Ireland are eligible to take part in this SPIFF Programme.
2. Only Libraesva deals that have a PO submitted to Climb Channel Solutions by 5pm GMT, Monday 30^th December 2024 are considered for this incentive.
3. Deals cannot have other Libraesva promotions or discounts applied to them.
4. Deals can be 1-year opportunities or multi-year deals that are paid upfront.
5. Each deal must have a value of £7,500 or more to be considered for this incentive.
6. Participating companies need to agree to run this incentive to ensure payout to the individuals. Climb Channel Solutions is not responsible for paying the individual account manager.
7. Individuals can have multiple deals that apply for this incentive with the reward adding up.
8. Climb Channel Solutions reserves the right to withdraw any rewards should your organisation’s Climb account be in arrears.
9. No alternative prizes available.
10. Climb Channel Solutions and Libraesva are not responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the provision of the incentive including but not limited to those incurred by the reseller*.
11. Only resellers who provide end-user data where required will qualify for this incentive.
12. Climb Channel Solutions and Libraesva reserve the right to withdraw or amend the reward at any time – This decision is final.

*By taking an active part in the above incentive, even though Climb Channel Solutions is providing it, I am responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable tax liabilities, including but not limited to income tax and social /national insurance related to this incentive. Climb Channel Solutions will ensure that you have sufficient information for any such declaration.
